    We have staff members who can communicate in basic English. For complex styling requests, we recommend using a translation app or bringing reference photos.

  • Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

    While we accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making an appointment, especially on weekends, to avoid long waiting times. You can book by sending us a message on WhatsApp or filling out our online booking form with your preferred date and time.

  • How much does a typical haircut cost?

    Men's haircuts typically range from 15,000-30,000 KRW, and women's cuts range from 25,000-50,000 KRW, depending on the service and stylist level.

  • Do you offer services for all hair types, including curly or textured hair?

    Yes, our stylists are trained to work with various hair types. However, if you have specific concerns about curly or textured hair, please let us know when booking so we can assign an experienced stylist.

  • Can I bring a photo to show the style I want?

    Absolutely! We encourage bringing reference photos as they help us understand exactly what you're looking for, especially when there may be language barriers.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, Korean credit cards, and most international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Some smaller salons may be cash-only, so it's best to confirm beforehand.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    A basic cut takes 30-60 minutes, color treatments 2-3 hours, and perms 2-4 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

  • Do you provide hair washing as part of the service?

    Yes, hair washing and a scalp massage are typically included with most hair services in Korea.

  • Is tipping expected?

    Tipping is not customary in Korean salons and is not expected. The price you're quoted includes all services.

  • What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the result?

    Please let us know immediately if you're unhappy with your service. Most salons will make adjustments or corrections free of charge within a few days of your visit.

I got a personalized hairstyle recommendation from stylist Minkyung, and she gave me the most beautiful Hush Cut without thinning out the ends — it looks amazing! 💕
She also explained the aftercare in great detail, which was super helpful.

Also, the shampoo felt like a Thai head massage — so relaxing!
